Refund & Return Policy

At Animedrip, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, or any reason unrelated to a product defect after an order has been placed.

A return or exchange request will only be considered if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. All requests must be supported with valid proof as outlined below.

Reporting a Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must provide a complete unboxing video to support your claim.

The video must meet the following requirements:

Recording must begin before opening the sealed package.
The parcel's shipping label, recipient details, and invoice must be clearly visible.
The video must be continuous, unedited, and without cuts, pauses, or filters.
The claim, along with the unboxing video, must be emailed to animedrip1999@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without the required proof will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Refund Policy

If your refund request is approved:

Only the product value will be refunded.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the same product is available, we will first offer a replacement.
If the product is out of stock, you may choose to:
- Wait until it is restocked, or
- Receive a refund for the product amount.

Refunds will be processed only after the claim has been reviewed and approved by our support team.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for dispatch.
Cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted while an order is in transit.
Delivery delays caused by courier or logistics partners are beyond our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Exceptions

The following items and situations are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
Used, altered, or damaged products after delivery.
Claims submitted without the required proof or after the specified reporting period.

Animedrip is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer. In such cases, no refund, replacement, or reshipment will be provided.
